Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is the last line of defense. No individual is permitted on-site without the following verified equipment:
Mandatory use of double-lanyard full-body harnesses for any work performed above 1.8 meters. Scaffoldings must be tagged 'Green' before use.
Gas testing for Oxygen, LEL, and Toxic gases is mandatory before entry. A dedicated standby person must be stationed at the entry point.
Ensuring zero energy state before maintenance. Every technician must place their own unique lock on the energy isolation point.
Strict adherence to Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Use of secondary containment for all hazardous liquid storage is required.
